Meeting brought to order at 7:05PM by President, Mark Pride (K1RX)
Welcomed Everyone. Introductions made by members around the room.
On 8/16/2011 officers put together some programs which will be presented later.

PUBLIC SERVICE
Seafood Festival – This Saturday, Sunday. Help needed. Contact Derek
Simpson KB1LXX. Meet at Merrill Industrial Parking Lot at 8:15
AM. Will be disbursed to Soccer Field and High School from there.
Bring water, sunscreen, lunch and hat. Maybe Tee-shirts and volunteer dinner at Ashworth at later date. Seafood Festival Organ-
ization makes donation to our club.
Future Public Services: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Seacoast Marathon-Portsmouth High School-Park Cars- contact Neil
Collesidis AA1SB- Date to be announced.
Great Island Road Race-Columbus Day weekend
Pembrook Regatta- rowing- contact Bill KB1EOF
Exeter Christmas Parade-Second weekend in December-Contact
Chris Dixon K1PRD-Meet at 4:30PM duration 2 hours.
Run for the Fallen-sometime in August Deuce N1YI

American Lung Association beginning of May 2012 usually 1st Sunday
Past Public Services: Deuce N1YI reported 1st time coverage for Run for the
Fallen-created by Major Blaze. Done in August-very enjoyable. Good Food.
SUGGESTION MADE FROM FLOOR-Jim N1IOA-Take out January/February meetings and extend meetings to include July and August. Discussion held-A new by-law change needs to be created. - Idea tabled not majority ruled.
